Return and Exchanges


* Items may be returned for store credit only. You will receive a gift card code to use on your next order by email within 5 days of Veranda 804 receiving the returned item.
* Shipping will not be refunded on returned items and it is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
* All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
* Please include the return shipping form in your package.
* Returns must be received within 30 days of the date we ship out your order. (Please allow 5-10 days for package transit when you send an item back.)
* All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
* Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item(s) arrived damaged. If this happens please contact us immediately.

*Due to our limited quantities of each unique style, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we are happy to issue you a  gift card code for the amount of the returned item to use on your next order.

Damage or Defective Items:

* We want you to be completely satisfied with your new goodies. Please look over your order as soon as it arrives.
* We are diligent in checking our items for damages and defects, however if by chance you feel you received a defective item please email within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please include a picture of the damage, invoice number and item name in your email.
* If you received incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can help get that mishap straightened out for you. All damage submissions outside of the 3 day timeframe will be rejected.
